Hi all. It has been really crazy busy around here, so I never got last week’s pics posted, or those from the week before. By now, I have forgotten which Lunapic filters I used, so here they are with a big “I don’t know.” Here is a photo of Zoe munching on the volunteer Catnip plant that is in the ground.

Last week was our Master Gardener Plant Sale. I worked both Friday and Saturday. We made a bunch of money for the organization. Yay! And I escaped with only $100-ish in purchases. Zoe and Raja didn’t like it when we kept them in the house while we worked the plant sale. With warmer weather, Raja stayed out very late that night. More about that later. Picture two of Zoe in Catnip.

Picture three of Zoe in Catnip.

Picture four of Zoe in Catnip. Yes, I got a little carried away.
And the original.

Later in the week I received a planting tower from Green Stalk Gardeners to put some of my veggies in. I want to test this out as an addition to my raised beds and possible alternative to them. They have been thoroughly inspected by both Raja and Zoe, who could care less. We will see if they decide to lunch on the plants in them.

Oh yeah…Raja and his late night ventures…. He has definitely moved into Summer Mode. If you remember, last summer he started pulling quite a few “Late Nighters” and a few “All Nighters”, which prompted me to buy a tracker for him. Well, he has started again. A couple of times he didn’t come in until 9:30 (after dark). At least it is not midnight…yet. Here are a few different renditions of the same photo I took a couple of weeks ago of our kitties lounging on the deck in the sunshine.

And lounging photo number two.

And the third photo of lazy kitties in the sun.
We moved into this warmer weather a couple of weeks ago. Mother’s Day is supposed to be near 90 degrees. This is the original of our Summer Mode kitties.
And in the midst of all of this, I am working on another quilt that is just for me. I got the fabric a couple of years ago from the Downton Abbey collection. I love the colors. And I will really love the quilt. The top is almost done.
Now, just for fun, here is a video of Zoe in the Catnip.
I think I am all caught up now. Hope everyone has a great Caturday!
You do a great job with your art, I like all the different effects you used. The pointilism is especially pretty. Have a great week!

My comment disappeared, but I forgot that I usually have to put my own name in to get it accepted.

Both comments got in. I think the first one went to my spam filter. I had to take it out of there to let it post. Thanks for your comments and thanks for being persistent.

It is so hard to pick a favourite out of all those images, the colours are wonderful in their own ways. Maybe Zoe In Catnip Psychedelic is the one, so full of summer life and pastel shades. The quilt will look great, andI bet you cant wait to have it on your own bed too.

Thank you. Only one more border on the front of the quilt, then I get to make the back and get it quilted. Can’t wait.

Love your artwork! I recognize some of those Lunapic effects, but I can’t remember what they’re called either. And that quilt is gorgeous! 🙂
